Platform build update
CyberBoost is building CyberVoice for managed voice AI agents
CyberVoice is our voice AI agents-as-a-service platform direction. We are focusing on useful call handling, clear boundaries, and a handoff people can review.
Why we are building it
A call after closing time can matter, but a small team cannot always answer in the moment. A voice agent should do more than pick up. The business needs to decide what it may say, what details it collects, and when a person needs to take over.
CyberVoice is the platform we are building around that service model. Our focus is controlled answers, structured intake, and a clear human handoff. Those are design priorities, not a claim that every capability is broadly available today.
Start with the call pattern
CyberBoost’s current after-hours Voice AI offer begins with a free Missed Call Audit. We review a business’s call activity with a person involved, then discuss whether an optional pilot fits. A low volume of relevant calls may mean a pilot is not worthwhile yet.
The proposed pilot is scoped to approved information, agreed escalation rules, and the details a team needs for follow-up. Callers should know when they are speaking with AI, and an appointment request still needs confirmation.
What we will measure
The useful evidence is operational: which calls the agent handled within its rules, which needed a human, whether escalation worked, and whether the handoff gave the team enough context to act. We will share deployment details and customer outcomes when they are verified and shareable.
