Information we collect
CyberBoost may collect information you submit through website forms, including your name, organization, email, phone number, role, product interest, procurement context, and message content. The website project intake may also include a website URL, audience, goals, challenges, timing, and an optional investment range.
The Website Vibe Check runs in your browser. Its answers are not sent to CyberBoost unless you separately choose to describe them in a form.
If you sign up to read more than one blog article, we collect your email address and your express choice to receive CyberBoost marketing emails. A browser cookie remembers your first article and, after sign-up, your access for up to 180 days. The access cookie does not contain your email address.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare product or procurement materials, and improve our website. A website project brief is used to follow up about that request.
Blog sign-up email addresses are used to send CyberBoost articles and company updates. We send the sign-up and consent choice to HubSpot for our marketing list. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
Customer support texts
When you text us, CyberBoost and its service providers process your phone number, message, and delivery information to handle your support request. Authorized staff can review messages in CyberVoice.
CyberBoost does not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell website inquiry data. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or respond to requests. We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, or security purposes.
